Consensus Facilitation


    1998-present. Founding member of “Facilitación y Consenso”, a team of facilitators based in Tepoztlan, Mexico.

    1994-1998, a principal in Great Lakes Consensus, a consulting firm that provides facilitation training and services to grassroots community groups, not-for-profit organizations and government agencies.

    Since 1994, has taught facilitation workshops all over the Americas.
